Cookie Policy

Effective from 10 September 2026

This policy tells you which cookies cluvixsolutions.com places on your browser, what they are for, how long they last, and how you can refuse them. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy for the full picture of how we handle personal data.

1. What a cookie is

A cookie is a small data file that a website asks your browser to keep, so that the site recognises that browser on later visits. Browsers also have other storage areas (session storage, local storage, service-worker caches). This policy covers all of them, because from your side they are all data kept on your machine.

2. Which cookies this website sets

cluvixsolutions.com sets no cookies of its own. There is no login cookie, no cart cookie and no preference cookie — the display language lives in the URL itself (/vi/ or /en/), so no cookie is needed to remember it.

The only cookies placed on your browser come from Google Analytics 4, the Google audience-measurement tool we use to see which pages get read and which channels readers arrive from:

Cookie nameSet byPurposeLifetime
_gaGoogle LLCDistinguishes one browser from another, so visitors are counted rather than page views24 months
_ga_<measurement id>Google LLCKeeps Google Analytics 4 session state24 months

These are analytics cookies, not advertising cookies. We run no Google Ads tag, no Meta Pixel and no session-recording tool, and we do not use measurement data to follow you with advertising on other websites.

3. Stored on your machine, but not cookies

Session storage. If you arrive from a link carrying campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign), those parameters are held in the open tab's session storage, so that if you read a few pages before submitting the contact form we still know which channel brought you. This data disappears when you close the tab and is sent nowhere unless you submit the form yourself.

Service-worker cache. The website registers a service worker that stores the interface and images ahead of time so pages open faster on your next visit. That cache holds only the site's own static files (interface code, fonts, images), contains nothing that identifies you, and sends nothing back to any server.

4. Where measurement data goes

Data collected by Google Analytics is sent to Google LLC and processed on servers located outside Vietnam. This is an important difference from contact-form data, which stays in our internal system on servers in Vietnam and is not transferred abroad.

Google Analytics records the pages you view, when you view them, your device and browser type, an approximate region derived from your IP address, and the source that brought you to the site. We do not send your name, email or phone number into Google Analytics, and we read the reports only in aggregate, never tracing them back to an individual.

Google's own handling of this data is governed by its policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. How to refuse

Analytics cookies are not needed for the website to work — block them all and every page still renders and the contact form still submits. You have three options:

  • Block them in your browser. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all let you block third-party cookies, block cookies for one site, or delete every cookie already stored. Look for "Cookies" or "Privacy" in the settings.
  • Google's opt-out add-on. Google publishes a browser add-on that blocks Google Analytics on every website, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Private browsing. Cookies set in a private window are deleted when you close it.

If you want us to delete measurement data linked to your device, write to contact@cluvixsolutions.com with enough detail to identify it (time of visit, pages viewed). We act within 72 hours, as required by Articles 14 and 16 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP.

6. Legal basis

We process measurement data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the website, kept to a minimum and not aimed at identifying individuals. You may object to this processing at any time using the means in section 5, and objecting does not affect your right to use the website.

7. Changes to this policy

If we add any tool that sets a new cookie, this page is updated before that tool goes live on the website, naming the cookie, its provider, its purpose and its lifetime. The effective date of the current version is always shown at the top of the page.
