Job description
Most projects fail because the problem was misunderstood, not because the code was poor. This role exists so that doesn't happen: you're the first person to meet the client and the last to confirm what we deliver matches what they needed.
Responsibilities
- Run process discovery at the client's own workplace
- Write requirements clear enough that engineering doesn't have to guess
- Design business flows and work with the interface design team
- Run acceptance testing before handover
- Train end users
Requirements
- 2+ years as a business analyst on software projects
- Clear writing — this is the core skill, not a side one
- Deep knowledge of at least one domain: accounting, logistics, sales or HR
- Willing to travel for short trips

- ERP rollout experience
- Able to read database structures
- Conversational English
