Job description
You'll work on a platform shared across many customers: designing schemas, writing business services, and owning what you write once it runs for real. This is not a ticket-taking role — you're involved from the moment the problem is framed.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement APIs for business modules
- Write tests for critical logic rather than leaving it to chance
- Review colleagues' code and have yours reviewed
- Take part in requirements analysis with the product team
- Handle production incidents on a rotating on-call schedule
Requirements
- 2+ years with Go, or 4+ years with another backend language and willing to switch
- Solid relational database knowledge: indexes, transactions, and why queries get slow
- Experience with systems that had real users, not only coursework
- Able to read English technical documentation
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-tenant platforms
- Docker and deployment pipelines
- Exposure to accounting or logistics domains
